After years in the modeling industry, Caitlin realized that true transformation doesn’t begin with a diet or a workout—it begins with the relationship you build with yourself and the community around you. She created the CAIT Method (Connect, Approach, Integrate, Transform) to help women integrate fitness, nutrition, mindset, and community in a way that actually fits real life.
